Best Western PLUS Sparta Trail Lodge

This review is from a week long stay. Friendly front desk staff! Emily made my 10 yr old excited to come back each day and tell her about her day. Linda and another lady with glasses that worked the day shift were so sweet. You have a good team working there. Very welcoming and down to earth that treated us with courtesy and great hospitality! Pool area was very well maintained. Clean & stocked pool towels and surrounding area was very well kept. I was extremely impressed by the sanitary behavior standards of the male employee who handled the breakfast area. I highly commend his commitment to sanitation and cleanliness. He always used gloves, sanitized tables as needed for the next guests, restocked as needed and cleaned the breakfast area on the go. I definately appreciate his work ethic, thank you so much and the AC in the room was phenomenal for such a hot week.

Good breakfast with details such as nuts, berries and fresh jams. Coffee available in the lobby at all times. Comfortable bed, clean and overall quiet location.

Location , staff upon arrival, no necessity the 2nd shift staff . Very noisy kids in pool and hall so didn’t use pool and group of women fighting in the halls, room was close to walk , bed comfortable, nice breakfast, was pleasantly surprised this was biking capital ,

The breakfast bar selection and quality were good. However, "Where's the Peanut Butter?" My room was very quiet and the bed itself was very comfortable. Only negative was the very limited hanging space in the Handicap accessible room (I am not handicapped).

The breakfast was good. Would have liked more choices because I had my 13 year old granddaughter with me and she was not happy with the food choices.
